Description

Ninja Creami cottage cheese ice cream is the viral high-protein dessert trend. Creamy, customizable, and low in sugar, it’s a smart, guilt-free treat you can make at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (or monk fruit for low-carb)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 ripe banana or 1 tablespoon peanut butter for added creaminess

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Seal tightly and freeze for at least 24 hours on a flat surface.
  3. After freezing, remove the pint and insert it into the Ninja Creami. Select the “Ice Cream” or “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
  4. If the texture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk or almond milk and use the “Re-Spin” function.
  5. Serve and enjoy with your favorite toppings like berries, chocolate chips, or granola.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese and blend thoroughly for best texture. Avoid watery fruits in the base. Re-spin once or twice to achieve ideal creaminess.
