- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Seal tightly and freeze for at least 24 hours on a flat surface.
- After freezing, remove the pint and insert it into the Ninja Creami. Select the “Ice Cream” or “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
- If the texture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk or almond milk and use the “Re-Spin” function.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite toppings like berries, chocolate chips, or granola.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese and blend thoroughly for best texture. Avoid watery fruits in the base. Re-spin once or twice to achieve ideal creaminess.
