- ½ cup roasted sweet potato cubes
- ½ cup cooked ground beef (seasoned)

- Smoked paprika, to taste
- Optional toppings: green onion, pickled red onion, crushed red pepper, everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Dice sweet potatoes into small cubes, toss with oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. (Shortcut: air fry at 390°F for 12–15 minutes).
- Cook ground beef over medium-high heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cottage cheese to the bottom of a bowl.
- Top with roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned beef.
- Drizzle with hot honey.
- Finish with optional toppings like pickled onion, green onion, or sesame seeds.
Notes
Warm the hot honey slightly before drizzling for best texture. Customize with turkey, tofu, or keto swaps like cauliflower instead of sweet potato.
