Scale
  • ¾ cup plain cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • ½ cup roasted sweet potato cubes
  • ½ cup cooked ground beef (seasoned)
  • 12 teaspoons hot honey
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Dice sweet potatoes into small cubes, toss with oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. (Shortcut: air fry at 390°F for 12–15 minutes).
  3. Cook ground beef over medium-high heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add cottage cheese to the bottom of a bowl.
  5. Top with roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned beef.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey.
