Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the eggs carefully, placing yolks in one bowl and whites in another.
  3. Blend the cottage cheese until it’s creamy and lump-free using a hand blender or food processor.
  4. Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar in a clean, dry bowl until stiff peaks form.
