Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, sweetener, and flavorings to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or flavor as needed.
- Transfer to a shallow, airtight container.
- Freeze for at least 2–4 hours.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
- Optional: Fold in mix-ins after blending but before freezing.
Notes
