Description

Creamy, flourless, and protein-packed—this cottage cheese cookie dough skips almond flour and delivers indulgent flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or seed butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup oat flour or quick oats
  • 12 tbsp chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or cookies & cream protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in oat flour, salt, and chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
  4. Adjust texture with extra oats if needed.
  5. Eat immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer dough.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4–5 days, or freeze in scoops for up to 1 month. For a thicker dough, stir in extra oats or protein powder as needed.
