Ingredients

- ½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or seed butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup oat flour or quick oats
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or cookies & cream protein powder
Instructions
- Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until fully combined.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in oat flour, salt, and chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
- Adjust texture with extra oats if needed.
- Eat immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer dough.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4–5 days, or freeze in scoops for up to 1 month. For a thicker dough, stir in extra oats or protein powder as needed.
