- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup (or stevia)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, cocoa, sweetener, and almond milk until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Pour into a jar, cover, and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir and top with fruit, nuts, or dark chocolate chips.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for a creamier base. Chill long enough for chia to gel. Sweeten gradually and don’t blend the chia seeds.
